HIDEK offers premium bathroom solutions including hidden flush buttons, concealed systems, and accessories. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without prior notice. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from images due to photography and screen display differences.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment must be made in full before order processing
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD orders may require a deposit for high-value purchases

4. Orders and Fulfillment

Order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

• Delivery times vary by location within Egypt (3-7 business days)
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size
• Free shipping is available for orders above EGP 5,000

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:

• 14-day return window from delivery date
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item

6. Warranty

Professional installation is recommended for all HIDEK products. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation. Installation guides and technical support are available for certified installers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
